Photographer and Director

Jan Vélez earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Meisterklasse Diploma from Ute Mahler and Ingo Taubhorn at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, his work focuses on the middle ground between cultural dichotomies. Vélez currently lives in Fürth, Germany.
